With a background in business accounting and over 20 years in the student lending industry as a quality analyst, communications specialist, and trainer, I learned one core truth: people come first. I spent years listening carefully, breaking down complex processes, and guiding others through uncertainty with clarity and confidence.
But something was missing – I wanted to help in a way that truly protected what matters most. That's why I dove deep into the insurance world, committing to continuous learning in this ever-changing field. Now, as an independent advisor, I partner with trusted carriers like Canada Life, Sun Life, Manulife, Empire Life, Industrial Alliance, and Victor Canada to create practical, tailored solutions for individuals and businesses across Ontario.
I also speak Portuguese, which lets me connect more deeply with a wider community and build real, meaningful relationships.
On the personal side, I'm married to my high school sweetheart, and we're raising two energetic boys.
